    How the MVP Works
Step 1: Barbara Woyak will visit your home, determine if it’s a candidate for MVP, and if so, perform a cost-benefit analysis
Step 2: At your listing consultations, we’ll go over our recommendations and decide what to move forward with.
Step 3: Our team will get right to work on obtaining bids and scheduling contracting professionals. A Scope of work will be created that you will approve prior to work starting.
Step 4: Our team will keep you informed as the work is coordinated and performed.
Step 5: Once the work is complete, we’ll schedule your photo shoot and launch on the market.
Step 6: Upon closing, our contractor will be reimbursed through the closing office for the repair/improvement/staging costs at 0% interest to you.
At the end of these six steps, you’ll be ready for your next chapter — with a lot more money to unlock your new normal!
FAQs
-

MVP clients are determined on a case-by-case basis. Things we look for are: • The extent of repairs necessary • The amount of equity in your property • Whether or not AZDR was court-appointed in your case • Terms in the court order
-

In most cases, we are able to have repairs and staging done within 2-3 weeks after the signing of the contract. However, if there are significant repairs or a remodel it could take 3-4 months
-

The contracted professionals will be paid at closing by the title company that is managing the closing process.
-

There are no minimums or maximums tied to our pay-at-closing model, ensuring that any homeowner can get any listing market-ready. To determine your maximum budget, we use a simple equity equation (80% of the expected after-renovation value minus the amount currently owed on the property) to ensure a sound business case.
-

If you are not home, someone from AZDR’s team will meet them there. However, we do not supervise nor take on liability for work performed by the contracted professionals.
-

Yes, indeed! MVP is an exclusive benefit for AZDR clients.
-

In the unlikely event that the home stays listed and unsold for more than a year from our project start, the homeowners can either pay the contractor for the amount due or pay a monthly admin fee to extend the payment deadline.
-

We do not charge any interest or any fees for advancing costs.
